PCOS Diet Best Chili Ever!

You can’t go wrong with this classic yet wonderful recipe and it’s even good for your PCOS diet! Feel free to spice it up to your liking and get creative with some of your own favorite mix-ins. I normally use 2 lbs of beef, but this can be lightened up by using turkey or ground chicken.



Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 40 mins

Yields: 8 servings


1 lb organic ground beef

½ lb organic ground turkey

1 ½ cup diced onion

1 cup celery, diced

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 green pepper, diced

2 cups all-natural diced canned tomatoes

2 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp cold water

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pure maple syrup

2-3 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained


Stir and fry meat until lightly browned, add onions, celery, garlic and green peppers. Stir until onions are golden in color, about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, chili powder, water, salt, and syrup. When boiling cover and simmer about 1 hour. Add drained beans and cook uncovered until well heated and chili is desired thickness. For thinner chili add more tomatoes or water. Enjoy a few bowls this weekend!
