PCOS Diet Homemade Salad Dressing

Watch as Becky shares with you her favorite Italian dressing vinaigrette recipe that is not only good for your PCOS diet but is going to be a delight to your taste buds!

I get so tired of reading salad dressing labels for additives, to make sure it’s gluten-free or dairy-free or had too much sugar in it. Anybody else?? As most of my recipes and meal plans are, this was dressing recipe came from a desperate plea for a delicious tasting dressing that was was okay for me to eat AND good for my PCOS diet. There’s not a salad that I can think of that doesn’t taste good with this salad dressing on it. It is beyond yummy and so good for your PCOS.

You can easily make this a Raspberry Vinaigrette by adding all of the ingredients in the video recipe plus 1/4 cup fresh raspberries to a blender and mixing well. Store in a refrigerator and enjoy!
